It's the cape that's around the necks of those Final Fantasy Skeleton dudes... Actually, it's two of those little capes torn apart and peiced back together to make one bigger cape...

Thanks GD. I still gotta finish making the sculpey gauntlet and pcik up some white paint. Maybe he'll be done by the weekend...
